Fix N Up the House

I have been wanting to paint our kitchen for a while now. So I decided that this week was as good a week as ever. We have a Vinyard Theme, so I thought we would do a Purple Wall! I thought it was a great idea but I wasn't so sure what Brian would think about it. I have always believed that it is better beg forgivness than to ask permission, so following that idea, I waited for Brian to go to work then worked super hard to get it finished before he got home. It turned out BEAUTIFUL and Brian liked it too!

Our House All Decorated!! FINALLY!!!

So I have been wanting to take pictures of the inside of our house for a while, but with a baby to take care of it has been put on the back burner! So here are some pictures of the Main Level. My Mom is renting the upstairs (2 Bedrooms 1 Bath) and our Basement is Unfinished. (Soon to be a kitchen, bath, bedroom, living room, and Laundry Room.) Enjoy!

Our House!!

Brian and I are home owners!! Wahoo! We decided that with the new baby, our little basement apartment just wasn't going to cut it. So we started to kinda look around. Well we fell in love with this home in Eagle Mountain, and it is perfect!

A cute little front porch (perfect for a porch swing and eating popsicles on the front steps) a open kitchen, with lots of storage, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a 2 car garage (Brian is really excited about that) and an unfinished basement. (2600 square feet total) We are going to be putting a Mother-in-law's apartment in the basement and since Brian is quite the handy-man we can do a lot of the work ourselves!

Oh and did I mention the backyard? It is pretty fantastic! We have one of the bigger lots in the area, and our yard does need some work, but it will be great when we are done with it! We move in on Wednesday or Thursday of this week, it will be a lot of work but SO Worth it!!
